The Ambassador of Armenia to the Netherlands met with the Chair of the External Relations Team of The Eurojust

On January 9 Tigran Balayan, the Ambassador of Armenia to the Netherlands met with Lukáš Starý, Chair of the External Relations Team of the European Union's Judicial Cooperation Unit, National member for Czech Republic and Laima Cekeliene, National member for Lithuania.

The representatives of EUROJUST informed the Armenian Ambassador about the Agency's functions and activities.

Ambassador Balayan presented the process of judicial reforms in Armenia and the practical steps of the government aimed at strengthening the independent judiciary system.

During the meeting the sides exchanged views on the possible ways of establishing cooperation between the relevant authorities of Armenia and EUROJUST.
