Commemoration event for Hrant Dink

On January 18, on the eve of the 12th anniversary of Hrant Dink's assassination, the Federation of Armenian Organizations in the Netherlands, in collaboration with the International Institute for Research and Education, organized a commemoration event involving Hrant Dink's friends, as well as a number of Dutch-Armenian community representatives.

The invited speakers of the event were Aris Nalci, Hrant Dink's friend and the former editor of the “Agos” newspaper, and Tayfun Balcik, the Hague Peace Program Coordinator and the head of the Armenian-Turkish-Kurdish Working Group, who answered questions of those present.

During the evening, the audience had the opportunity to watch Rakel Dink's video message.

Kristine Stepanyan, the Consul of the Republic of Armenia in the Kingdom of the Netherlands also took part in the event.
