Reception for PUM experts

On January 24, the Armenian Embassy in The Hague opened his doors for the specialists of the PUM Netherlands Senior Experts, who have contributed to the development of Armenia’s economy throughout the 10 years of the organization's activities in the country.

Ambassador Balayan greeted the guests and mentioned that before arriving at The Hague he had a meeting with the PUM representatives in Armenia, during which he was briefed on the important mission and activities of the organization. Tigran Balayan attached high importance to enhancement of PUM's support and involvement in Armenia, especially now when country is undergoing large-scale reforms.

Jan Darksen, Armenian Programs Coordinator, PUM, expressed gratitude for the reception and emphasized that all the experts who have visited Armenia came back with an intention of revisiting the country and making their contribution to the development of Armenia, and that usually those experts visit Armenia for several time either for personal, or professional purposes.

During the reception, Ambassador Tigran Balayan had a chance to get an insight of the work of specialists from different areas, as well as the ongoing programs in Armenia.
