Ambassador’s presentation on ongoing reforms in Armenia

On July 12 Ambassador of Armenia to the Netherlands Tigran Balayan briefed students of the Hague Academy of International Law on reforms taking place in Armenia and Armenia’s foreign policy.

While welcoming the students, Ambassador Balayan noted that interaction between the Embassy and the Hague Academy become a good tradition.

Ambassador Balayan provided an overview of history of Armenia and the Armenian people, introduced large-scale reforms implemented by the Government of Armenia, country's foreign policy priorities, relations with geopolitical centres and neighbouring countries, Armenia's involvement in international organizations.

After the lecture students of the Hague Academy of International Law inquired about the results of the Velvet revolution, the Armenian-Dutch relations, and Armenia's regional policy.
