Ambassador Balayan attended the հand-over ceremony of 20,000 French and Arabic books to the Amsterdam Public Librar

On November 2, Tigran Balayan, the Ambassador of Armenia, Chairman of the Group of Francophone Ambassadors accredited in The Hague, at the Amsterdam Public Library attended the հand-over ceremony of 20,000 French and Arabic books of Descartes Library to the Amsterdam Public Library.

During this event Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs of France Jean-Yves Le Dreian, Deputy Mayor of Amsterdam for Cultural Affairs Turia Meliani and Director of the Library Martin Berendse made speeches.

The ceremony was attended by Leila Slimani, Personal Representative of the French President on Francophonie, Ambassador of the MFA of the Netherlands on Cultural Cooperation Arien Aytelinda, Ambassador of France Luis Ivas, and representatives of many cultural institutions.
