Reception in the Dutch Parliament dedicated to the decision of opening an Embassy of the Netherlands in Yerevan

On January 16, Ambassador Tigran Balayan was hosted in the House of Representatives of the Netherlands, where the success of the parliamentary initiative on the opening of the Embassy of the Netherlands to Armenia was celebrated with members of the Foreign Relations Committee and representatives of party factions.

Addressing the MPs who initiated the amendment to the MFA budget, Ambassador Balayan said: “On behalf of my Government, I thank you for the important step in supporting the ongoing processes in Armenia and promoting further expansion of the Armenian-Dutch relations. The establishment of the Embassy symbolizes the progress made in our bilateral relations and our mutual willingness to deepen our partnership. "

During the event, the sides exchanged views on promoting cooperation between Armenia and the Netherlands in various fields and platforms.
