On 15 October, 2023, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Kingdom of the Netherlands H.E. Mr. Viktor Biyagov held a meeting in Maastricht with the representatives of the Armenian community of Limburg province.

Ambassador Biyagov visited the Armenian Apostolic church Saint Karapet in Maastricht, the Sunday school and met with the representatives of the "Ani" Armenian community and the members of the St. Karapet Church board. During the meeting, a wide range of issues of interest to the local Armenian community was discussed. The imperative of consolidating the efforts amid the current challenges of the Republic of Armenia was emphasized once again.

Ambassador Viktor Biyagov laid flowers at the cross stone placed near the St. Servatius Church in Maastricht.
