Ambassador of Armenia met the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands

On January 9, Ambassador of Armenia to the Netherlands Tigran Balayan met the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands Ambassador Joka Brandt.

Expressing gratitude for the reception Ambassador Balayan highly appreciated the assistance rendered by the different units of the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs since his arrival, which proves the establishment of exemplary cooperation between the RA Embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Tigran Balayan informed Joka Brandt about the structural reforms of the Armenian Foreign Ministry and requested the Dutch Foreign Ministry's advisory assistance in that process.
The interlocutors discussed the ways of closer cooperation between Armenia and the Netherlands, including helding consultations on different matters and expansion of legal framework.

During the meeting the two sides exchanged views on the possibilities of expanding Armenia's involvement in the development programs funded by the Dutch Foreign Ministry. In this context, Ambassador Balayan expressed his gratitude for including participants from Armenia in the training program at the Klingendale Institute of International Affairs.
